We fully understand that items are prone to breaking when being transported. We feel really sorry when this happens, as this means you have to wait longer for a sweet replacement. In case you receive a broken item we ask you to send us the following information via the contact form:

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • Photo of the packaging how the item got delivered

  • Order date

  • Any other relevant details
